The Steamtown Music Awards returns on Thursday, September 10, 2026, at The V Spot in Scranton, Pennsylvania, and we’re looking for enthusiastic individuals, businesses, organizations, nonprofits, and artists to help us celebrate the very best of Northeastern Pennsylvania’s music scene. We’re looking for local “celebrities,” business people, musicians, comedians, thought leaders, difference makers, and those who just LOVE to support local music, art and community.
Presented as part of the 13th Annual Electric City Music Conference, the Steamtown Music Awards recognizes the outstanding musicians, bands, venues, promoters, photographers, media personalities, and music industry professionals who help make our local music community thrive.
This isn’t your typical awards show.
The Steamtown Music Awards transforms The V Spot and the surrounding area into a full-scale celebration featuring:
