Welcome, Presenters!

Thank you so much for being a part of the Electric City Music Conference Awards! We’re thrilled to have you. To make sure the evening runs smoothly, here are some simple instructions for your time on stage.

When It’s Your Turn

A few minutes before your scheduled presentation time, please make your way to the side of the stage with the other presenters in your group. When we announce your category grouping, please come up and stand together on the side of the stage. I’ll give you a proper introduction and then welcome you all to the center stage.

On Stage: Your Moment to Shine!

Once you’re on stage, we’ll give you an envelope, the award for the category, and a list of the incredible nominees.

This is your time! Feel free to promote a project, give a shout-out, or be as creative as you’d like with your presentation. When you’re ready to announce the winner, please:

  1. GENTLY open the sealed envelope.
  2. Read the iconic line… “…and the winner is…”
  3. Clearly announce the name of the winner.

It’s that easy!

After You Present

Your night isn’t over! Please take advantage of everything the awards ceremony has to offer. Hang out, network, get your photo taken at the red carpet area, and most importantly, have a fantastic time. We appreciate you!
