First of all, we want to thank you for being part of the 2019 Electric City Music Conference!
Below you will find your room information, with instructions and sound person information.
If you need anything the day of you can TEXT ME, Joe at 570-947-7799. I won’t really be able to answer calls, but I will text you right back.
Suggestions:
- The biggest benefit of this concert is the free panels and talks that we provide on Saturday. Make every attempt to attend these sessions. They’re 100% free to everyone. They’ll take place at Stage West this year and run form 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Saturday, September 14.
- Begin advertising your show now. We’re a month away. Social media will be key for you. Hit it heavy for the next month. If you need any help with promotion. Let us know.
- Contact the other bands playing your room. If you share gear, everyone’s lives will be much easier.
- We will have booking agents, managers, record labels and other industry professionals on site all weekend to check out the bands and speak. Bring your A game. Talk to everyone and network. Also, MANY of the bands we put in rooms end up getting more gigs there. So, show up to impress.
- Have fun. That’s what it’s all about.
