As always, it is 100% free for local bands from the NEPA Area defined as Scranton, Wilkes-Barre, Stroudsburg, Hazelton, and surrounding areas to submit a performance application to play the 2021 Electric City Music Conference Festival and Showcase.

We attempt to accommodate as many artists a possible
Even if you are not selected to perform, you may attend the educational conference and take part in the speakers and mentorship programs for free.
