While the nomination process by the general public still holds the majority of the weight in the Steamtown Music Awards nomination process, we wanted to allow artists to make their own case of nominations as well. We’re hoping that this could potentially allow us to find a “diamond in the rough” or identify an artist that might have otherwise flown below the radar.
