Friday, September 14 – Artist Performance Information

First of all, thank you all for playing the 2018 Electric City Music Conference! We’re excited to have you be part of the event.  Below in the table, you will find your load in, set length and sound person information, along with load in instructions and venue addresses.

1. All artists (except for those performing at Thirst T’s and The Backroom bar) MUST check in at The Keys. There will be a registration table at The Key’s. I suggest arriving for to register at least 1 hour before the load-in time at your venue. All artists MUST check in by 10 p.m. Artists performing at Thirst T’s Bar and Grill or The Backroom Bar will be provided their materials upon arrive by the door person.
2. Tell the door person that you’re thee to register. They will direct you to the registration table. At the registration table, you will be provided with the follow:
   1. All Access wrist bands of the weekend, these will get you into ever venue and the panels / speaks on Saturday at Northeast Music
   2. 1 drink ticket per band member for the Artist appreciation event to be held at The Bog between 10 p.m. and Midnight on Saturday, Sept. 15.
   3. A “thank you bag” with information and freebies.
3. We have TONS of promotional material at Facebook.com/ElectricCityMusicConference for you to utilize. PLEASE find your respective event under our event section and invite all of your friends to it!

All artists are strongly encouraged to attend the networking events, mentoring sessions and educational panels that will be held on Saturday, September 15 at North East Music Center ( 713 Scranton Carbondale Hwy, Dickson City, PA 18519 ) between 11:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. The amount of information and opportunities  available are amazing and it’s 100% FREE!
